√	- Allowed for temporary storage/ transhipment/ transit. (To refer guideline for import/ export LPK Group 2)
√1	- Allowed for Transhipment, to connect within 48 hrs or fireman standby.
√2	- Allowed for Transhipment, to connect within 120 hrs or fireman standby.
√3	- Allowed for Transhipment, to follow Appendix 4.
√4	- To comply with conditions as per the Appendix 1 (Explosive) - To obtain approval for the vessel to come alongside wharf.
√5	- To comply with conditions as per the Appendix 2 (Explosive -Transit) - To obtain approval for the vessel to come alongside wharf.
X	- Not Allowed. (To refer guideline for transhipment at Port Klang).



Notes :

i.	Free Storage :

	Import FCL Free Storage Period	: 72 hours
	Export FCL Free Storage Period	: 72 hours
	Transshipment FCL Free Storage Period	: 168 hours

ii.	The following IMO Classes, requires permits/approvals from other government agencies :

	IMO Class 1	: Royal Malaysian Police (RMP/ PDRM)
	IMO Class 6.2	: Ministry of Health (MOH)
	IMO Class 7	: Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB)
	Waste (Except IMO Class 7)	: Department of Environment (DOE)

iii.	All dangerous goods are ALLOWED for transit subject to below requirement:

	IMO Class 1, LPK Group 1	: To follow Appendix 2 (Explosive- Transit)
	IMO Class 7, Nuclear Material	: Atomic Energy Licensing Board
	Waste (except IMO Class 7)	: Department of Environment

iv.	Submission of declaration does not guarantee approval/ acceptance of Port Authority.

v.	Approval from the Authority must be obtained 48 hours prior vessel arrival.
